Before You Book

Wet Weather Cancellations

As our sessions are held outdoors, we are unable to hold sessions when it is raining. Weather is assessed 24–48 hours prior to all sessions. In the event of a wet weather cancellation you will be notified by SMS and email with a reschedule email including the next available dates.

Cancellation Policy

Payment is to be made to secure your booking. Cancellations require at least 7 business days prior notice to receive a full refund.

Arrival Time

Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your session time. Arriving earlier than this can disrupt the unique preparation that is required for Michaela and the horses to be ready for your session.
